SP changes the title of my forum page, needs fixing

Hi,

I have selected the page for my SP forum to appear on. Since selecting the page SP has added the name of the website after the page title. Which looks terrible.

I have been into Rankmath and removed the separator and site name options on the page. That didn’t work.

My page titles are all Breakdance Builder Header elements with dynamic data pulling the page title.

Since adding SP the above has occurred so it is definitely something SP is doing.

Hi again,

I’m not entirely sure I understand what you would like to do, but there are a few options under “Components” -> “SEO” -> “Page/Browser Title” that adjust how the forum code interacts with titles and headers. It should be possible to control this behaviour there.

Thank you, I have checked and unchecked those settings yet still the title has |Farmgear Blue appended to the title. Which I do not want happening.

The site is in staging, hence the weird name ??

It’s hard to say what it could be since there are so many SEO settings and plugins that could affect each other. It’s especially hard to for us to debug issues like this in site builders like Elementor, Divi or Breakdance Builder since they can fundamentally change the ways themes work.

If I could send screenshots that would be a help.

I said it was Breakdance.

Now a newly created group will not appear as an option to select when I try to add a sub forum to it.

Avatars don’t show just the work ‘Avatar’.

Everything I try needs a cache clearance, refreshing and still doesn’t always show up.

I appreciate this version of the plugin is free, but as a trial it’s looking to buggy for me to use it seems ??
