SP crashing my dashboard

    I had been using SP successfully for some time, then a few months ago, my dashboard crashed. After working with my host and having them disable plugins one by one, we identified the problem as Short Pixel. I have kept it updated and tried to re-enable it today, but as soon as I clicked Enable, I got the error that I had technical issues. As soon as my host disabled SP, I had my dashboard back.

    I am not sure if it is not playing well with my theme (Kreisi Enfold) or one of my other plugins. Any ideas?

    Hey @gatehealing – sorry to hear about this issue ??

    In order for us to investigate your case we’ll need to have admin access to a website where we can reproduce this. Also cPanel and/or FTP access so we can remove the plugin when it crashes the website.

    Could you please contact us directly here mentioning the URL to this ticket and also including the above mentioned details.
    Additionally please let us know what PHP version do you use?
