Space at the end of “Easy table of contents”

    Hi,
    Easy Table of Contents would be perfect for me, but

    a) there is a big space at the end of the TOC. Why? After “Die Reise in Bilder” as h1, there is only a foogallery and then the page ends

    b) is there any chance to include also the posts of the sidebar in the TOC? On a mobile, those posts are shown at the very end of the site, and therefore it would be great if the reader could jump there, too.
