Space between logo and menu

There seems to be a large white gap between the logo and nav bar. I’ve been trying to reduce the space, but I don’t know how to do so.. the thing is, that the gap doesn’t seem to appear all the time. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? I’ve been searching for days.. ??
