‘space’ in FTP target path not accepted

Hello!
I try to setup a backup to a FTP location from my internet provider.
The developers setup a root folder path named “DigiSPACECloud/”
Other plugins deal just fine with this path, but Xcloner doesn’t, it just remove the space between.
I replaced the space with & n b s p ; and eventually had success saving it.
But can’t validate this configuration, I get an error:
FTP connection error: Root is invalid or does not exist: Digi Cloud/
It would be great if you can do something to make it compatible.
