    Hello,

Just a guess, but could it be that you aren’t adding ‘px’ after the number?

For example, instead of saying [spacer height=”60″] you should change that to be [spacer height=”60px”] instead.

Hey man, unfortunately not, it stays the same either way.

Are you able to send me a link to an example page?

Where do you want the extra space to be added on the page?

The bit below the description and the sale banner is the space that the plugin has put in. I need the logo to be moved up but not the products and filters below.

I’ve found a work around but would love to get this plugin working.

Right now the spacer is put in before the sale banner.

Try moving the spacer code to be after the sale banner in the text editor.

We need the banner to be down at the bottom as well though, so there needs to be space above and below.

I am not sure we are on the same page in terms of what the goal is.

If you want, you can send me a basic mockup of how you want things to look. My email is info[at]clevelandwebdeveloper[dot]com

Hey man, thanks for your time. How the site looks now is what I’m after:

Like I said, I can set it up ok, it would just be nice if the plugin was working.

For the spacer above the banner, try something like [spacer height=”50px” style=”clear:none;”]

Yes! That sorted it ?? Thanks man

HI Everyone, I have a similar problem. When I am in my visual editor and I am trying to change 20px to 500px from the default code

    spacer height=“20px”

the space doesn’t move from 20 to 500 px. Can someone help? Thank you.

    *** update***
What I do notice that is happening is the, if I erase the 20 and type in 500, it doesn’t work. But if I leave the 20px the same and add a number between the 20px (for example 250px or 29999999990) then it moves. But if I erase the front number then nothing works.
