Spaced and disordered letters

Hello,
Your plugin has always worked well and I thank you for that.
But following a change of server, problems have arisen: for delivery notes, the characters are spaced out and difficult to read. For invoices, information is missing and the words are disordered.
Before writing to you, because your time is precious, I looked at the forums and reset the fonts via your “tools” tab, but that didn’t solve the problem.
If you have the time to give me a hint on how to fix this, I’d be very grateful.
