Spacer height is always 18px

I’m experimenting with your plugin, in general it looks very promising but I found few issues: first one is that spacer default height of 18px cannot be increased (after update it will be reset back to 18px). Additionally it seems that spacer doesn’t work (height is 0px) in test email sent.
