Spaces inserted before ref_link

Hi,
Minor issue, but I am using the shortcode [wp-referral-code var="copy_ref_link"] and on small screens the full link is not visible because of spaces that are being inserted before and after the actual link. If there is a technical reason for this, fair enough, but if not can this be corrected in the next update? I had a quick look at the files in the plugin, and in the database but couldn’t see where these spaces are being inserted.
