Spaces not recognized in text

  • As an example, clean text in code view, such as

    Spaces are not recognizing properly

    display in the preview pane and in browser as

    Spacesare not recognizing properly

    To fix this, I have to remove the existing space and replace one or more times. Sometimes I have to replace surrounding characters, such as s a in the example above.

    There are no odd nbsp or other entities or code visible in the TEXT window.

    Does anyone else have this problem, or have a solution for it?
