    Setting sidebar: https://gqevu6bsiz.chicappa.jp/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/setting-sidebar.png

    Customized sidebar: https://gqevu6bsiz.chicappa.jp/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/customized-sidebar.png

I think this cause of problem is,

    1. Other plugin conflict
    2. Customized admin screen another My WP Customize

Could you please try deactivated plugins other than My WP Customize?
And could you please try default admin if you customized admin screen?

    Hello @gqevu6bsiz

I have the time to test this on a different machine (laptop and desktop) and I found out that the cause is the screen resolution of my PC. It has been set to a higher one instead of the recommended because I want bigger icons or screen.

To reproduce: Right Click on the Desktop > Display Settings > Scale and Layout is set to 175% (in my case) which is higher than the recommended (150%)

Thank you for your response. ?? It is user-error. Apologies.
