Spacing between points in lists

Having a list of points has a difficulty with spacing between the list points. I can make the list points with too little or with too much distance in between.

The list right at the top just below the intro text, writer’s name and first paragraph.

In the beginning of the list you have the normal spacing between each new point. Further down below in the same list I added one extra line of spacing.

I think that the close distance is too close for comfortable reading. The other one with space has too much space.

Something in between would be a comfortable list point spacing. How can I make that? The best would be if I could try out list point distances of 1,5 and 1,75 and perhaps also 2,0 of normal point line space.
