Spacious Pro clash with Shortcode Ultimate Plugin

  • Hi I’ve had a problem with both my websites.

    I reset the theme to 2025 and disabled all the plugins and gradually re-activated them and all worked fine. Then I disabled them all again and reset the theme to Spacious Pro and as I gradually re-activated them everything was ok until I reactivated the Shortcode Ultimate plugin.

    I’ve looked on the SU plugin forum and other people have raised queries over the last week or so, but none have received any answers/support.

    The main functions I use from SU are buttons, pull-quotes, bullet points and spacing between sections of text. Is there another way of creating these without using the shortcode plugin?

    I’m using Spacious Pro 2.6.9, SU 7.6.1 and WP 6.7.1. There was a recent update to WP so I’m wondering if that has caused an issue as I’ve been using Spacious Pro and Shortcode Ultimate for 4-5 years without an issue.

    Has anyone else had issues or got any suggestions?

    Thanks for writing us.

    The issue was related to the Spacious version 2.6.9, and it has been fixed in the latest version of 2.7.0, kindly update the theme to it’s latest version and see if it helps.
