Spam Being Written to Header.php

  • Hi all,

    Just recently I pulled down my files and took a look inside header.php and found a bunch of links to spam, such as “pfizer viagra
    “
    It was contained in a div with the style set to display:none…

    What could be causing this and how can I get rid of it?
