Hi! We have been testing out the free version on our startup business. We run an Instagram tagged photo contest, manually select the best three and then manually create entries for a contest. We only want public voting.

Last month the voting ran fine, but this month we received tons of duplicates (which we can resolve an a pro version with IP blocking). Upon sifting through the duplicates, it became clear that there were tons of IP addresses within a number or two of each other.

Are there ways to combat this on the voting side? Like reCAPTCHA or the likes?

    Thanks!

    Hello @freshdes

Thank you for using our product!

Yes, TotalContest Pro offers multiple ways to prevent such behavior, such as blocking by IP address, reCaptcha, and requiring membership.

OK perfect, thanks! We’ll upgrade and test it out.
