Spam CAPTCHA plugin broke my name and input fields in blog comments

I am using suffusion theme and my clients complained that people were not able to write their names and e-mails in the input fields in the comments page. I disabled the Spam CAPTCHA and the fields were available again. I am using now Si CAPTCHA, but it would be nice if someone could fix the problem in the original plugin.
