Apologize for the delay in response.

For now, we don’t have such functionality to auto-delete or block the specific customer’s order. You need to delete it manually.
But we will think about it, and if it is compatible, we will release it in future updates.

Today I got hit with 50 spam carts emails from John Smith with google’s address info. Please help.

We are really sorry but our plugin can not do anything with it.
But we have found some articles for you which help you to restrict bots from accessing your checkout and cart pages.

I disallowed bots from the add to cart and check out page but this did not work unfortunately.

Have you enabled the Search Engine Visibility Option in wordpress?
If yes, then please disable this option from WordPress Settings > Reading.

Why would I want to block google from my entire site? I need to be indexed in Google and Bing.
