Spam coming through DIVI contact form

  • Hi! Loving your plugin, I’m just running into a small issue. With all toggles, including Protect all forms on the website with bot detection engine turned on, spam is still coming through our contact form.

    Could it be that the plugin does not protect forms from the Divi theme?

    We have the same problem ! Even if we have the captcha and we force to have for exemple only numbers in a field, we receive spam forms like that :

    It’s really too bad nobody replied to this one. I switched to cleantalk and my problems are now over.

    Anyone facing same issues? Any solution? We are getting bunch of spams everyday even after adding google recaptcha.

    Turn off wp cerber’s spam options and use another plugin like cleantalk or WPBruiser..

    @flow_ is your problem solved after using plugins you have mentioned like cleantalk or WPBruiser ???

    I just downloaded CleanTalk. Did you have to do anything specific in the setup or in the settings to make it work with Divi? I contacted CleanTalk and asked them and they said they were not sure if it would even work with the Divi contact form. This thread is the only thing I could find online about CleanTalk with Divi contact form. So, thank you in advance for your post!!

    @flow_ @talhaahmed18 We implemented the Google recaptcha account into our divi builder and are still getting spammed constantly. I set the minimum score to 1, and tried with my personal email (in our contact us form) and it recpatcha says that I am not a human, so I think its at least working at the end of the day.

    But overnight we’re bombarded with Russian spam. I’ve been on chat with Elegant themes and they are looking into it, but we need some kind of plugin for the meantime.

    @vbranded were you able to make CleanTalk work for you?

    Enabled ReCaptcha on 3 sites using Divi Contact form. One site is still being bombarded regardless of settings.

    I thinks it’s Divi’s compatibility with ReCaptcha v3 as ReCatcha v2 worked like a dream.

    The Gravity Forms are not being touched, so might change them all over.
