Spam Error

I seem to have an issue that I can’t figure regarding spam filtering.

Some (not all) legit messages are getting flagged as spam and put into my Flamingo Spam folder and never delivered.
I only use a honeypot to deflect spam and that works great.

First I thought somehow my honeypot was triggering, but after turning that off it still recognizes this message as spam. Also after testing, if the honeypot triggers, I get the yellow error message, not the orange Spam one.

I disabled all other plugins on my site including the honeypot and Akismet but it is still getting recognized as spam and I get the orange spam error.

Is there some sort of low-level anti-spam built in to CF7 that I can disable? I assume its CF7 because I get the CF7 orange spam error.

I just don’t know where or what or why this gets flagged as spam.
