    Hi

I have tried to get MailPoet to work, but the problem is that the emails is received in the spam folder of MS Outlok 365 at my work account sandvik.com. If i instead send the emails to my private hotmail.com it works fine.

I’m use the MailPoet sending service. For the moment I’m a free user because I do hot have more than 1000 contacts.

I have talked to a friend who is working with IT security at sandvik.com and he gave me some hints what to do, but I’m not able to do that type of changes in MailPoet. Maybe someone at this forum is able to help me.

The only setup I have done is the SPF at the hosting company of vilozon.se
    v=spf1 include:kundspf.loopia.se include:sendgrid.net include:spf.sendingservice.net ~all

This is the tips I got from my friend:
DKIM or DMARC, but where do I change that?
Is it possible to Return-Path [email protected] to [email protected]?

    Best regards
    Johan

    Hi @jed73

This problem is related to Office365’s internal policies. Try whitelisting/adding your own email address to your contact list in Outlook. That should be enough.

DMARC isn’t yet implemented on MailPoet’s servers and DKIM is automatically signed by our servers so you don’t need to set up that as well.

    Hi @wysija

Thanks a lot for your quick answer. It works fine if I do that in my mailbox, but if will send the newsletter to someone else that person also need to mark the email as not junk.

One other question. Regarding the free 1000 subscribers I can see at my account on MailPoet, but if I look in WordPress under installed plug-ins I can see this message “This plugin adds Premium features to the free version of MailPoet and unlocks the limit of 2,000 subscribers. Enjoy!”

How do I know how many subscribers I have and will it always be free?

I need to know if there will be a licence fee I might need to look for another plug-in because the newsletter will be sent to a lot of customers that use Office 365 and I hope that they will receive our new mail.

Is the number of subscribers the number of unique email adresses. I mean if I have got several distribution list with the same email adress. Will that be counted as one
    subscribers or not?

    Best regards
    Johan
