spam fire wall causing email issues

    Hello,
    ater the last update the spamfirewall setting is causing my wocommerce order notification emails to be deleayd for several hours.
    I have turned off spamfirewall and emails are sending normally within a minute or two.
    Is there a way to resolve this so i can turn the fire wall back on?
