    Hello! Thanks for the plugin. I installed it yesterday and got the all-clear that it was activated and ready. This morning I had numerous (and obvious) spam emails in my inbox. The site says it caught six. Anything I can do?

    That’s quite unusual to hear that spam is getting through. That simply won’t do, so we’ll be happy to look into it.

    You will need to take the following steps:

    1. The Troubleshooting Guide and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are the place to start.

      Please take a few minutes to work through these, as they solve over 90% of issues users have.

    2. Submit a support request using the secure form at the WP-SpamShield Support page.

    That will allow us to help you diagnose this, find out what the issue is.
