Spam in Chatbot

  • Hi, im receiving some spam in the chatbot. There is a way to generated a more strong validation in order to stop receiving? What would you recommend?

    Hi, neither the Chatbot nor the plugin have an option for extra validation.
    I suggest contacting Pipedrive support so your issue can be investigated in more detail.
