Spam Karma 2 – resetting blacklist

  • Is it possible to reset the blacklist in SpamKarma 2?

    I’ve been into Manage -> SpamKarma -> General Settings but can’t see the reset button anywhere (I saw it mentioned for an earlier verson).

    I must have missed a “good” comment and now that person is being treated as spam all the time, even though I’ve caught half a dozen comments and saved them.

    Please help.

  • It’s on that screen under Advanced Options.
    You need the ‘Reset tables’ button.

    May I ask what happens to the comments in the blacklist when I reset the tables? Do they appear in the blog where they where before? I accedently moved a lot of my comments to the blacklist and don’t know how to undo this step…

    Does nobody knows an answer?
    I’m frightened to use the “reset tables” button because I don’t know what happens with all entries in the blacklist. Will they be removed, erased, set back to approved comments??? What happens exactly?

    I got an email notification about a new comment, but I cannot find it on my blog and not in SpamKarma and not my database either. What happens here? I’m lost. ??
    Please help…
