    Hello,

    My client purchased your service and we installed your plugin and enabled it on his website. And still, he reported to me that spam emails keeps on coming. What can be done to prevent this?

    Hello.

    There could be two reasons for this.

    1. There is a certain web form from which our plugin does not intercept requests. In this case, we need to know the web form from which your client received spam and we will check it.

    2. The plugin allowed requests that your client considered as spam. Could you please mark these records in the Anti-Spam Log:
    Your Anti-Spam Log [?https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests?] —> Choose your website in the drop-down menu —> There are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record —> Mark records using these buttons.

    Hello Kate,

    Thank you for your quick reply. I’ll ask my team to check if there’s any additional contact form but I highly doubt it.

    As for the second suggestion, we will give it a try.
