Spam Link appeared in Blogroll

Hello – in my Blogroll a spam link to “buy generic drugs” appeared – I’ve since deleted it, but has this happened to anybody else? If so, how did you stop it happening again? I have no idea why my site was targetted as it gets zero traffic and has hardly any posts!
