Spam links in Webmaster such as website.com/spam …. Where do these hide???

What is an example of one of those links?

They are just 404’s.. but here’s one they are showing.. https://www.patioslingsite.com/clomid-dose

Google is just showing that some bot hammered your site looking for non-existent pages.

Ok.. so what do I do? I clicked fixed 2 times thinking it was just random but apparently google plans on keeping it as a 404 error, which isnt good for seo nor do I want it there anyway
