Spam mail

Hello, I installed clean talk, because I was hoping that the spam requests from this email address would finally stay away from me. “[email protected]” I get a lot of spam from this email, but clean talk doesn’t help either. What do I have to set up so that this mail is finally blocked? Many thanks for the help.
