Spam rating

  • Hello,

    I am wondering if it’s possible that I might be getting some spam ratings. I get ratings 1 or 2 stars from someone whose IP address shows as XXXX. I got lots of bad ratings from that. I would like to reset my star rating if it is possible? Also, how to prevent spam rating?

    Ip address is shown as XXXX due to the gdpr law.
    There is an option in the Yasr settings where you can save the ip address, but you MUST warn your users about this.

    You can delete the ratings in the “logs” page
