Spam registration emails

    I am getting emails for approving spam users. I have Captcha installed for registration page. I am still getting 10-20 emails for user approval daily from the last two weeks. When I open the details for the users asking for approval i see the zip code is in alphabets and the addresses are for Us but country says Afghanistan. What is going on?
