Spam robots reading the line “Please leave this field empty.”?

Hi,

I am using the honeypot on several websites and currently I experience spam coming in. I have renamed the field and I now chose to use a more attractive name (like email) and shift the field to the top. I hope that will make it better.

When I checked the page HTML source code I noticed the field label “Please leave this field empty.” – if I was to code a spam robot I would teach it that line. Maybe it would help, if you changed this line ever now and then. Or if you gave the user the opportunity to change the label or to disable it. This field doesn’t actually need a label.
