Spam, Spam, and More Spam

According to this page of the Caldera Forms documentation there have been “no reports of any problems with spam when only relying on our anti-spam.”

Does the free version of Caldera Forms not have anti-spam built in? If it does I’m here to say I’ve had an insane spam problem – over 30 spam submissions in the last week.

If it does have it built in, why is it not working? Am I missing something here?
