Spam user registration

Is there any other registration form than the default one at your website? If yes, you can integrate Captcha there.

actually captcha is there already, but no other forms are there as such.

xmlrpc is disabled too, but the error is constant.

Same thing happened to my site before and eventually I fixed it by installing wp armour – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/honeypot/

@singhbaba74 I cannot find the screenshot at the link you have posted. May be you should try WP Armour.
