Spam went anyway

  • I had an medaitor, mark some comments as spam and when she did they posted and I can not find them anywhere in the admin section but they show on the site. How do I get rid of these?

  • Have you checked under Manage/Comments?
    Also check after logging in as admin

    Yes, That is why I am asking. I am logged in as the admin. The comments show on the website but not in the Manage/Comments. That is what is so confusing. They are just there with no location in the admin section.

    Check in the database using phpmyadmin and delete it from there. They are probably posted with an old date. So they are now showing up in the comments screen.

    It could be your theme too. I had an old version of the Devenir En Gris theme, and there was a bug in it. It didn’t check “comment_approved” status, and just displayed all of the comments.
