• Dear all,
Looking at the Apache log in our server, we seem to have some kind of spam arriving to our blog (“btsg”), but I can’t figure out what this means:

    [from Apache log]:
    72.14.164.162 – – [02/Jul/2009:10:10:10 -0400] “GET /BTSG/?item=183&descr=drug-levitra-new HTTP/1.1” 200 39251
    204.62.54.203 – – [02/Jul/2009:10:14:31 -0400] “GET /BTSG?item=65&descr=levitra-written-on-couch HTTP/1.1” 301 457
    204.62.54.203 – – [02/Jul/2009:10:14:33 -0400] “GET /BTSG/?item=65&descr=levitra-written-on-couch HTTP/1.1” 200 39251
    205.188.116.13 – – [02/Jul/2009:10:20:18 -0400] “GET /BTSG/?item=1440&descr=levitra-and-more-cialus HTTP/1.1” 200 39251

Is this some kind of referrer spam? (sorry for the plain ignorance on this). When I try to reproduce these requests (with and without the “&descr=” part, I just get the blog’s front page or sometimes one of the posts. We have Akismet, which has not detected anything so far.

    Thank you.
    Mariano
