I am using the newest version of WordPress, WooComemrce and the Divi 2.3 theme. I installed and paid for a year of single site support.

I tried your test using the example domain and did get a bad user registration error. However…

I tried a test and used a fake email address @spamavert.com and the registration was still allowed!! I have been getting a ton of these registrations – all using the domain of spamavert.com – how can I get this domain blacklisted for my site user registration?? I do not want anyone able to register using a spamavert.com email address.

    Thanks!

    Hi rcards,

CleanTalk doesn’t block only by email domain. The service uses several anti-spam technics to detect spam bots, that’s why your registration with @spamavert.com was allowed, because this dummy registration posted from real website visitor.

Please don’t worry, real spam bots will be blocked, please look example bellow, there are you will find a lot of blocked attempts with domain @spamavert.com, @mailcatch.com and etc,

Thank you for contacting us! Let me know if you have other questions.
