On a Website we are using this plugin – but unfortunately it’s causing a conflict with the firewall setting which doesn’t allow any mails from @domain.com when they are not comming from within this network – I tried to use a different domain and create a redirect – with no luck, cause the mails never arrive – does anyone solved this, or a similar issue ?

    Thanks for your Help!!!

  • We are having a similar issue. We are not getting any of our submitted forms, even though we get a success message from the plugin.

I was troubleshooting with GoDaddy, and we realized that GoDaddy’s spam filter catches every form submitted unless we remove ALL shortcodes (including within the message). Obviously, this means we won’t receive any contact info. Do you have any suggestions?
