    I’ve had customers messaging me all evening stating that they can’t order because they’ve been added to a blacklist. (one customer was unable to submit a contact form too)

    I’ve been sent some screenshots so i can see it’s a Cleantalk issue.

    I turned off the Spamfirewall altogether as no advanced settings changes would fix it. Users were still facing the same issue. So I’ve not had to disable the plugin all together.

    I’ve cleared all caches during each stage of me trying to troubleshoot.

    Any pointers would be much appreciated!
