Spaming myself with failed logins

Hi,
I am receiving dozens of emails a day saying: On your site https://[…%5D.com/ login form was added IP 1.234.20.83 to blacklist after it tried to login 3 times.

Thing is, no ip has been added to the blacklist and it keeps sending this email over and over, with the same ip (sometimes with another one : 192.254.160.83). I have blacklisted the two ip addresses using your plugin, but still no luck, I keep receiving those emails.

I wonder if this is a security loophole found by spammers to keep sending the notice emails with actually trying to login. Because when I check the log status, I don’t see any attempts at failed login.
