Spammer hiding behind AOL IP addresses

I’ve set up several wordpress installations for an organization. We’ve had a running problem, where it seems as though one person is using multiple accounts to comment under different names. It’s been impossible for me to prove because the accounts in question are all coming from AOL. Is there a plugin or a tool that allows me to figure out the actual IP address of someone who is using AOL to comment?
