Spammer IPs

    Some months ago, there was a thread in which someone had identified a small group of IPs to which most spammer IPs resolved… perhaps they were open proxies.. I don’t recall now..

    I was wondering if anybody still had a copy of those IPs?

    Posting in this section because I *think* the post was in relation to one of the spam plugins at that time…

    I’d be ever so grateful, the IPs are needed for an IPB install which is being hit (the owner wants the board to be open to guest posting and I cannot dissuade him from this foolhardiness, except on the short term)

    I guess nobody remembers. O well.

    The IP ranges would have changed so as to be useless.
    Does Bad-behaviour work ?

    I’ve pointed the owner of the site to the instructions for using Bad Behavior with other blogs, CMSes etc. I hope he will make use of it. Thanks podz, as always you have been most helpful on both my queries.
