Spammers commenting on blog

    I have commenting disabled by guests and only allow registered members post, but I am still receiving comments to my blog view guests. I have no idea how this is happening, what can I do to block this? I am using WP 2.1.

  • It’s trackback spam. I assume you have Akismet activated? Add the Bad Behavior plugin and it will stop it.

    I didn’t have it activated, but I do now along with Bad Behavior. Thank you.
