Spanish translation

Can you please send your translation, we will check it.
Once you need to save translation in po edit.

I do have the same problem!
I followed ur instruction, installed the software of the translation, but nothing changed, it displays english!
However, my translation is here:

I don’t know if there is something to choose a default lang or what?

Hi,

It is working.
We have Arabic translation in WP.
We rename your files from ar_SA to ar_AR
Copy them into ../plugins/js-support-ticket/languages/
Change WP language to Arabic, JS Support Ticket also in Arabic.
