Spanish translation files updated

Thank you, but I won’t be shipping translations with releases of 2.x like I did with 1.x.

WordPress have made some deliberate moves recently to favour their own community translations over author-provided ones.

I intend to set up something for collaboration via the Loco platform, but until that happens please contribute via the WordPress community.
