Special Account Capabilities

I have read through the available information, but not been able to find the answer to my question.

I’m building a WP website for a school, and would need to have a special role called “Student Administrator” who only should have access to 2 functions on the backend, being “Users” to add new students, and “Subscriptions” to assign users to respective class.

The rest of the Admin menu should be “blocked out”. Is this possible with this plugin?
