Special character causing empty order

Hi,

I found out that when the item name contains for example character ? (there are more, but this one is commonly used in slovakia and czech rep.), menu item is not saved into DB after placing the order. Even sent email doesn’t contain this item.

I’ve tried this issue on a clean wordpress installation (3.7.1) with wppizza (2.6.5) plugin with the same result.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong, or I miss some special step related to different encoding during installation. If so, sorry for that. DB is in utf8 (utf8_general_ci).
