Special character in domain making problem

I have installed the wordpress on the domain https://fris?rsalon.biz/ . When I am trying to open the url https://fris?rsalon.biz/wp-admin/ the url got changed and not able to open the page. Have tried to change the utf-8 to to other but still not got resolved. Baically the site is developed in the danish and we need url with special characters also. we are able to resolve the problem for the url but not able to resolve the problem for domain with special character. Everytime when I open the admin page its redirect the url to https://www.frisrsalon.biz also there is problem with host also. The plesk has created the host with the letter as https://xn--frisrsalon-3cb.biz/ instead of fris?rsalon.biz

Please let me know if anybody has encounter such problem. The help for resolving the problem will be highly appreciated.
