    I think I have a problem with special characters in the Subscribers list. When I try to import a list with special characters, like <éá>, they are not being recognized by your system.

    Thank you for reporting the issue!
    Those special characters are not in UTF 8 format that’s why we couldn’t detect them.
    We have already fixed this so there won’t be any problems with special characters anymore.
    Feel free to let us know if you have more notices to make our service even better.
