special characters

  • I updated my wordpress recently and everything was ok. The posts (title and contents) are all with special characters and unformated. Like this: “Os passos da transforma?§?￡o Ok. Bill Gates sempre foi o prot?3tipo do nerd.” (text in portuguese)
    I tried changing the UTC and failed. Does anyone have any tips?
