Special Characters

    Quick question…

    How do we handle special characters like ampersands or registered trademark symbols? I thought perhaps surrounding the special character with the enclosure character denoted in Configuration, but that didn’t seem to work. Perhaps I’m misunderstand the enclosure character?

    I need to include “&” as it is part of some business’ legal name.

    Please advise – thanks!
